Biography

Dr. Manju is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science & Engineering Department, Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology (TIET), Patiala (Punjab). She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Computer Science with specialization in Energy Efficient Wireless Sensor Networks from Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh (Rajasthan) and M.Tech. in Computer Science from Banasthali Vidyapeeth, Rajasthan and B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from MDU, Rohtak. She completed her Ph.D. as a Research Scholar for a project sponsored by ISRO. In her research, she developed an energy-efficient network protocol for a densely deployed wireless sensor network which enhances both network life and its performance. She has ten years of teaching experience. Manju has authored several research Papers in reputed international/national journals and conference/seminar proceedings and supervised M.Tech. Dissertations. She is a Faculty Coordinator of B.E. (CSBS) course in TIET, Patiala. Her research interest focuses on Computer Networks, Wireless Sensor Networks, Microprocessor & Microcontrollers and Discrete Mathematics.
